Devices are produced in ALI Medical Converting’s modern temperature- and particulate- controlled clean room.  In addition to expert manufacturing, our staff can assist with enhancement of existing products or design of new devices.  ALI Medical Converting is committed to our customers through every step of the design and development process, from initial idea through to packaged, sterile product ready for customer distribution.  Once a design is finalized, we engineer, implement, and ensure the most cost-effective and efficient manufacturing process.

We understand the significance of confidentiality of the product designs you entrust to us.  As a member of the 3M Preferred Converter Program, we offer special technical support and material pricing.  Through our prototyping program, we guarantee prompt turnaround of samples for both new and redesigned products, reducing customer investment in new product introductions.
