ALI Medical converts custom product such as suture strips, wound dressings, and bandages for major OEMs.  Rotary die cutting utilizes continuous rolls of material for high-speed converting and greater productivity.  We integrate die cutting with other in-line processes such as laminating, printing, island placement, and heat or cold-seal packaging to product finished medical products. 

Island placement is placing a discrete component in a selected location on a material.  Product can then be die cut for a device or left in roll form for further processing steps.  A wide range of materials from absorbent foam and pad to hydrogel can be island placed on numerous materials.  This can extend a customer’s product line to include a wide range of products with different absorbent or wound contact materials and numerous adhesive application materials. 

Precise laminating tolerances
ALI is capable of laminating up to 14 layers of materials with extremely tight tolerances for each layer.
