Advanced Labelworx Wins Industry Competitiveness Award
Oak Ridge, Tenn.—Advanced Labelworx, Inc. (ALI) further distinguished itself in the durable label manufacturing market with the recent announcement of an Industry Competitiveness Award from CEI Company, LTD. CEI provides climate control and other automotive components to tier 1 and 2 automotive manufacturers and was established in 1989 as a joint venture between Calsonic and Delphi Delco Electronics. ALI produces labels for all of CEI’s automobile components.
Labelworx was presented with the award during CEI’s annual supplier appreciation event held June 22, 2004, near the company’s headquarters in Springfield, TN. CEI representatives noted that ALI earned this award based upon their high marks in the areas of cost competitiveness, annual cost reductions and customer service and support. “Year after year Advanced Labelworx has proven to exceed our expectations in these areas” says CEI Supplier Quality Engineer, Angela Stiles.

ALI was founded in 1971 and has its headquarters in Oak Ridge, TN, with a second facility in Anderson, SC. In addition to the manufacture of pressure sensitive labels for the automotive market, ALI produces labels for the electrical, chemical, textile, medical and pharmaceutical industries. Both locations are ISO 9001:2000 certified.
